Shipping information

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, delivery to a recipient in Germany takes 2-10 days. Delivery times begin on the day following the day the customer instructs their payment service provider to pay. In the case of credit card or invoice payments, delivery begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery will be made no later than within the stated delivery time. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized in the place of delivery, the next working day will apply.

In the case of a delivery outside of Germany, the delivery time specified in paragraph 1 is extended by 3-5 working days for deliveries within the EU, and by 10 working days for all other destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method and destination country, as listed below. The shipping costs will also be displayed again during the checkout process.
