Note regarding the EU Commission's online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution
By Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of 21 May 2013, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union decided to create an internet platform to facilitate the independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair out-of-court online settlement of disputes between consumers and traders arising from online sales contracts or online service contracts. Consumers can find information at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ more information and access to the platform."
Information on dispute resolution procedures
In accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG), we are obliged to inform you as follows:
We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
